You Load It, And That Is Why It Costs Less

Most junk removal means a crew turns up, prices the job by how much of their truck your things fill, and carries it out while you point at what goes. That is a real service and sometimes it is the right one. This is not it, and the difference is worth understanding before you book.

Here the trailer is dropped in your driveway and left with you. You fill it across the day — an hour at a time, if that is how the day goes — and we come back for it. Nobody is standing over you, there is no per-item pricing, and the number does not move because you found more behind the shelving. It is $175 for the day with the landfill fees already inside that, and it costs less than a crew for exactly one reason: you did the lifting.

When You Don’t Yet Know How Much There Is

Cleanouts are the job people most often misjudge, and that is fine — you are not expected to estimate it. The trailer takes roughly five or six pickup-truck loads’ worth, and with light material like furniture, boxes, brush and general household clutter you will run out of room long before you get near the weight limit. That covers most single-garage and single-room clearouts in a day.

A whole house, an estate, or a garage that has not been opened in a decade is usually a multi-day booking — $175 the first day and $100 for each day after, with the trailer staying where it is. Book the days up front rather than hoping to extend: once it is promised to the next job we cannot always add one on the end. Not sure which you need? What Goes In, And The Short List That Cannot

Household junk, old furniture and mattresses, appliances, yard waste and brush — and the heavy, dirty loads regular waste services turn down: construction and demolition debris, roofing tear-off, concrete, brick and drywall.

There is a short list we cannot legally take at all — paint, chemicals, batteries, propane and asbestos among them — and a few we can take but that carry a fee at the facility, like fridges and freezers, mattresses past the first two, and tires. It is all on the restricted items page, and it is worth two minutes before you start loading rather than after.
